If
you're having any difficulty, please run through
the checklist below. The most common problem
is with QuickTime 3: if it hasn't been installed
on your computer, the videos won't play. It's
easy to solve, though, and the necessary files
are right there on
Disc 1.

Is
the QuickTime 3 software correctly
installed on your computer?
Install QuickTime 3 from Disc 1.

Do
you have DirectX (version 5 or later)
correctly installed on your computer?
Install DirectX 5 from Disc 1.
You can also downloadthe latest
version at Microsoft's web site: http://www.microsoft.com/directx/download.asp
Download
the newest display card drivers
from your display card manufacturer.
If
you complete all the steps above, and
are still having trouble, there's a chance
that
your installed software has been corrupted.
Try re-installing Quicktime 3, DirectX
version 5, and your display card drivers.
