How To Make Your Movie (An Interactive Filmschool) - Support

Installing on a Macintosh system

  1. Make sure you don’t have any other
    programs running.
  2. Insert Disc 1 into your CD drive.
  3. Copy the folder “Film School Mac”
to your hard drive (the simplest way is
to drag it onto your hard drive icon).

Installing QuickTime 3

The program requires the newest version of QuickTime (version 3). Many Mac users don’t have this version installed on their computer yet. (So far, all the technical support calls we’ve gotten are from people who haven’t installed QT3.)

  1. Double-click the “QuickTime 3” icon.
This will place the "QuickTime Installer"
    folder on your desktop.
  2. Open the "QuickTime Installer"
    folder and double-click on “Installer.”
    Follow the on-screen instructions.

Running the Interactive Film School

Open the folder “Film School Mac” on your hard drive and double-click the “Interactive Film School” icon.
