Why
don't we have a Macintosh version of StoryView?
Dear Mac user,
Screenplay Systems has long been a supporter
and developer for the Macintosh platform. With
StoryView, we felt
it was best to allow the application to mature
before attempting a Macintosh port. We feel
this will result in a superior Mac product.
However, no development timeframe has yet been
set for a Macintosh port.
STORYVIEW WILL RUN UNDER
VIRTUAL PC
If you have a G3 or G4 Macintosh, StoryView
will run under Virtual PC (Windows emulator).
If you are a Macintosh user and you purchase
StoryView for Windows,
and we later ship a native Macintosh version,
we will allow you to cross-upgrade to the same
version of the true Mac program for no additional
charge. If you own Virtual PC, try downloading
the demo version of StoryView
and installing it on your system.
NOTE: StoryView
runs best if it has a lot of screen resolution,
so make sure you use the maximum screen resolution
available to Virtual PC
(800 x 600 minimum, 1024 x 768 or more preferred).
